The San Francisco VA Health Care System's Community Living Center Earned Rating As 4 Star Facility

The San Francisco VA Health Care System's (SFVAHCS) Community Living Center (CLC) learned last week that it is now a CLC Compare 4 star facility!  (Highest rating is 5.) CLC jumped from 2 to 4 stars over the last quarter.  The change in rating was the result of their very successful unannounced survey by the Long Term Care Institute, the organization that the national VA uses to survey its long-term care facilities. Our thanks goes to our CLC nursing staff and interprofessional teams for working diligently to improve our CLC compare star rating. The SFVAHCS CLC hopes to become a 5 star facility over the next quarter.
